Two Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) PW530A turbofan
engines are located, one on each side of the rear fuselage,
in easily accessible nacelles.

The PW530A engines produce 2,887 pounds (12.84 kN)
of static takeoff thrust each at sea level, up to 73 degrees

A continuous loop fire detection system monitors the

Two Pratt & Whitney Canada, Inc. PW530A turbofan engines are located, one on each side of the rear fuselage, in easily accessible nacelles.

The PW530A mixed flow nozzle turbofan engine has a bypass ration of 3.5 to 1 and produces a static takeoff thrust of 2,750 pounds (sea level ISA).

A continuous loop fire detection system monitors the nacelle area to detect and warn if a fire occurs. A two-shot fire extinguishing system is supplied.

Target-type thrust reversers, hydraulically actuated are standard.
