Submit a Service Order

Submit a Service Order through FlightBridge with your reservation details.

For international aircraft who require Customs upon arrival, you must have a Customs reservation prior to receiving a slot at Business Jet.

Provide Payment for Special Event Fees

Once your Service Order is submitted, a Customer Service Representative will follow up with a link to provide payment to secure your reservation slot.

Special event fees apply to all operations throughout the 2026 FIFA World Cup schedule. Special event fees are non-refundable and do not include any airport assessed charges, such as airport concession fees.

Additional fees will apply based on services selected in your Service Order and can be paid upon arrival/departure.

PPR Confirmation

Once payment is submitted, a Customer Service Representative will provide you with a PPR number. This number is time-specific and will confirm your slot with ATC on arrival and departure

How do I make a reservation?

KDAL will be implementing a slot reservation system. To start the PPR process, Submit a Service Order for FIFA related travel.

Please keep in mind that reservations are not confirmed until the special event fee is received. PPRs are time specific, therefore, arriving without communicating changes in your reservation may result in consequences, including additional fees, delays, or limitations on future PPR requests.

No, Business Jet does not have onsite Customs.

What amenities do you offer for pilots and crews?

Our facilities include 3 pilot lounges, sleep rooms, a game room, flight planning areas, complimentary crew cars, and Go Rentals on site. Preferred hotel rates are also available for crews staying overnight.

There are multiple full-service hotels within minutes of the airport, and our team can help with booking or shuttle coordination. Yes, Dallas Love Field will be under PPR regulations, and you will be required to convey a PPR number to ATC upon arrival and departure.

No, aircraft parking is not guaranteed. To secure a slot for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, please Submit a Service Order . Our team will follow up with a reservation confirmation once the special event fee is received.

Please be aware that all reservations during FIFA World Cup dates are not guaranteed until the special event fee has been received due to exceptionally high demand. This fee is collected at the time of booking and is separate from your facility fee/minimum fuel purchase.
